APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time at Go NKD is reserved especially for you. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 12 hours notice for cancellations. Any cancellations/rescheduling made less than 12 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service.

NO SHOWS: No shows with no advanced notice will result in a full charge for the reserved service.
